The Villages at MacArthur is pleased to announce there are two ways you can visit with your loved one:

  1. Indoor Essential Caregiver Visits
  2. Outdoor COVID-Safety Visits

Appointments are available 7-days a week, between the hours of 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., and can be set by calling our receptionist at: 469-586-4424. [Related: Our Care Under COVID — What to Expect]

Indoor Essential Caregiver Visits

Each resident can have up to two pre-designated essential caregiver visitors INSIDE the Villages on MacArthur! Prior to an indoor visit, the essential caregiver must have had a COVID-19 negative test within the last 14 days. Testing is the responsibility of the visitor. The results must be provided at the time of visit. If unavailable, the visit could be cancelled (or rescheduled). In addition, visitors will be required to wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including a medical gown and mask. These will be provided by the Villages on MacArthur prior to the visit.

Outdoor COVID-Safety Visits

Other visitors, or non-designated essential caregivers, can participate in an outdoor visit with their loved one. A prior COVID-negative test is not required. However, the use of PPE is and will be provided by the Villages on MacArthur.

We genuinely appreciate the opportunity to serve you in the intimate way that we do in the Skilled Nursing environment. It is our pleasure and honor to share our lives with the residents in our community.
